The room was fantastic, incredibly clean, when we arrived we got a lovely surprise of being upgraded for our room even with it only being a one night stay. Location is wonderful and the staff are brilliant and very very helpful and nice.
The location in Melbourne was excellent. Very central to all aspects of the city. Buses outside the door and trams a short walk away. Next door was a small convenience store which was handy. The room was more than adequate and had excellent power points and USB charging points. The small fridge was handy for additional food supplies. Best of all it had a suitcase holder...so many Hotels are now removing these and they are so helpful to travelers, who travel with a suitcase and npt just carry on luggage.
The hotel seems underadvertised. The service and price is outstanding. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Location is great
It's in a great location, close to Southern Cross Station and it's easy to get to via Tram.
Close to many good spots.
Excellent staff and the rooms are great value.
The room was very spacious, clean and overall had an enjoyable stay and the price was very affordable. Looking forward to hopefully returning and staying with CitiClub again soon
