Quiet and clean accommodation, short walk to the CBD. The room was clean and tidy although needing carpet cleaning. The bathroom was modern.

The property appeared to be an older property but had been refurbished to a high standard without compromising the nature of the original property on which it stands and is incorporated into. The restaurant is in keeping with age of the original property and the menu provides a good choice which is well presented and of good quality. Table service was excellent. The accommodation was very good with a table, TWO chairs and a sofa, a wide screen TV and a comfortable bed. It is just a short drive to the centre of Armidale although you could walk if you enjoy walking. Reception was friendly and efficient.

Loved dinner and drinks at the restaurant with friends. Great Christmas feel.

The food/room service was excellent and the staff exceptional. Comfortable room with lovely decor and generous tea facilities.

As a solo female traveler I felt so safe in this accommodation and enjoyed the better room size and privacy compared with other motels.
