The location of the hotel was amazing. It was a short walk to all the surface lifts in Zurs. We had a great view from our room. The spa, the breakfast and the staff were outstanding. The breakfast provided a great variety to start our mornign off correctly.
Right on the slopes , very clean, amazing breakfast , friendly staff, everyone was charming and the manager was friendly and made sure that your stay was out of this world.
I had a special birthday cake delivered to my room because they find out it was my birthday, Austrian welcome at its best.
We felt extremely welcome by the fantastic staff and service. I can highly recommend it.
Wonderful hotel. Very comfortable and fabulous swimming pool and spa. The staff were all incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. We will return!!
The staff were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. The spa was excellent. The food was delicious. We really enjoyed the variety that went into the evening dinners (an Austrian themed night with live music, a fondue night etc).
