Het appartement is gezellig ingericht met veel opbergmogelijkheden. Het is ruim en schoon en het ziet er allemaal nieuw uit. De beheerders zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zij wonen zelf op de begane grond. De Horbergbahn is op zo'n 10 minuten lopen of je neemt de skibus aan het einde van de straat.
Het schone en moderne huis wat op een zeer korte afstand van de skilift en diverse bars en restaurants zit. Heerlijke grote bank, zeer grote douche en zeer vriendelijke hosts.
