We had the apartment at the top level for 2 people. We found everything we needed in the apartment. The place has a great size for 2 people. The property was clean and cozy, in a quiet location close to important points of interest. We appreciate that the hosts speak English and were very accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful and spotless accommodation with stunning mountain views from balcony. Andreas and Marianne very kind and lovely hosts who make you feel so welcome. Andreas even picked us up and took us back to Mayrhofen railway station which after a long tiring air and train journey was perfect for us. The location of the accommodation is about a mile from Mayrhofen in a scenic and quiet location. A bus stop to Mayrhofen is only a few metres away and bikes can be used on a daily basis. All in all is just the perfect retreat for a peaceful holiday. We hope to return in the future as was just so perfect

Easy to see right away why this property has such a high rating. Easily the best guesthouse I've stayed at in Austria! They really thought of everything you might need and you'll feel at home straight away. You're paying less to stay just outside Mayrhofen, but it's worth the savings because it's easy to get around with the ski bus just a one minute walk away. Ski storage and boot drying was perfect too. The proprietor Andreas was so friendly, professional and spoke English very well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property was clean and nice, and the hosts were absolutely lovely. The property is about a 40min walk away from the Mayrhofen centre, but there’s a ski lift that is closer! My only criticism would be that that it’s hard to get to an early ski lift, as the ski buses start around 8:30.
