Amazing view in the upper part of the mountain. The responsiveness of the owner to help accomodste us although we being late was outstanding.
Excellent stay as always, location is perfect, staff is very accommodating, food is good.
The location is great. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Room was beautiful and had a nice view, it was very clean, they clean your room every day. The staff were very helpful, we had an accident on the slopes and they came to pick us up at the hospital in 20 minutes and the next day they arranged for our skies to be delievered to us. We were/are so grateful for every one of them! Our waiter Dejan was very nice and accommodating and made us laugh and we felt very welcome! The spa/sauna room is great with a beautiful view of Katschberg with 3 different types of saunas. The parking infront of the hotel was also great!
All in this hotel says you, that this family have this business a long time, and it`s perfect. All is perfect organized. Apartments was very clean. Room was be cleaned every day. We have a large balcon. Our little dog wasn`t be a problem. Breakfast was be nice, with good coffee and tasty traditional regional foods. Dinner is choosing one of three dishes. Sauna is including at price.
Hotel is perfect situated with direct exit to slope (about 10 meters). For skiing you need only wear ski at morning and you will be on the piste.
A lot of thanks to the young waiter was very attentive and caring, even though we weren't sitting at table he serviced.
Small panorama sauna was almost everytime empty. Dinners were so rich that they could not be eaten.
