From start to finish Martina made our stay a wonderful experience. From her recommendations to wineries and restaurants to the accommodations and breakfast in the morning, everything was perfect. We were there during the heat wave and she went out of her way to go out and purchase a big fan so we would be comfortable in the room. Just outstanding service! If you are traveling to Austria, do yourself a favor and make this hotel one of your stops. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing cozy boutique hotel right in the middle of wine country
Everything! From check in to check out everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful resort in a nice area with clean rooms.
Amazingly beautiful castle build late 19th century. Each room is different. I stayed in the tower room where you have to climb steep stairs. My friend's room had a private chapel inside the room!! The service was so fantastic.
