Clean, family operated hotel with wonderful staff. Great location
Lovely room, with great view. Andreas was a great host. Breakfast was nice, with hot options. Great location!
There were enough choices for having a breakfast. The Terras had an amazing beautiful view of the mountains. I contacted Andreas during our booking if we could change for another room. And they said it was possible, and will arrange it when we arrive. So when we arrive the receptionist was very kind and helpful. She showed us the room we booked and also the other apartment and we could choose which we wanted for just a little extra fee. So we had the whole apartment for ourselves. Apartment with a balcony, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom. Its nice there is a fridge. But too bad no Freeze section. I would recommend to stay at Andreas.
The staff was very sweet and helpful. I was clueless when arriving at alpbach, but they helped me with navigating around, printed out daily schedules and some days gave me tips on activities. The view from our room was incredible as well! I would 100% go back if I ever find myself in alpbach again!
