Clean, close to the slopes and the stuff was very amiable and flexible with everything we needed. They were also very helpful in the last day we left to arrange for us transportation
The staff was super helpful! Sadly a family member had to go to the hospital and the manager Dominic was flexible in helping us out with a room so we could stay a little longer.
Besides that, breakfast and dinner were very good and with a lot of variety. Also some nice healthy choices. The location couldn’t be better.

The hotel is a little old fashioned in style (as many in Austria are) but updated to a nice in-between style. The staff and the service are second to none. Friendly, professional and attentive people that go out of their way to help and provide the best experience. As an example:

The breakfast buffet was diverse and could cater for lactose intolerant guest as well. In fact, the staff and kitchen always provided ample options and alternatives for vegetarian and lactose-free wishes. The food in the evening was also great -especially the galadinners and special evenings can be highly recommended !!
Surely one of the best places in the village- the homely warm family feeling is one of the reasons we’d love to return. <3
