The most fantastic service. I was doing climbing in this area and I asked for a take out breakfast due to an early start. the lady prepared a massive bag full of delicious food and personally delivered to my room. The following day she made me another fabulous breakfast in the restaurant and even prepared some food that wasn't on the menu as I just fancied something extra. She also gave me a discount card for local services. She was fantastic to talk to and it was the most personal experience in a hotel I've ever had and she made my stay very special. Additionally the room was a very good size and super clean. The hotel itself looked like it was recently renovated and it was very tastefully decorated. There is massive car park in front, good WiFi (very important as the mobile signal in the area just doesn't exist) and a spectacular view from the window! I would highly, highly recommend Marmotta Alpin Hotel!

This is a small family run hotel with a wonderful staff. Breakfasts were fine with pastries, bread,fruit and eggs, etc. Dinners were incredible. The bar is casual and fun. This is a family business and they welcome guests as family. Extremely accommodating and friendly. The views are amazing. There are two amazing ski areas within 1 kilometer. Muhlbach am Konig is a winter playground for skiing, tobogganing and hiking.
