The location is excellent for touristic and family stay, Tram N1 goes just beside hte building and connects to the city center, supermarket, playground, all less than 500m.

Perfect for my stay, which was for a conference, and I stayed a few says after for leisure I walked everywhere it was 30 min from the centre and St. stephenson. Stores nearby The host was really lovely and friendly. Accommodated the late check-in and was waiting til midnight to let me in. The flat was fully equipped with a lovely balcony . It was clean, and the kitchen had all the equipment required . Definitely would stay there if I visit Vienna again.

Great location in a nice neighbourhood and in walking distance of the town centre and airport train. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped and has a lovely balcony. The host is very friendly and efficient and provided all necessary information. I did not use the garage but that is a definite plus in Vienna.

Great location, close to Hundertwasser Village and shopping areas. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet. Very clean, with plenty of towels provided. The terrace is spacious and can seat 5 people. Parking in garage stacker is definately for car not exceeding 150cms high. We stayed for 2 weeks and found the apartment a home away from home. Quiet of an evening, and although there was no airconditioning, ample windows to cool down the apartment. Efficient and friendly host.
