Very well equipped, comfortable beds, and attentive hosts which were checking in with us making sure everything was fine.
Easy to park in the P+R nearby.
Very easy to access. Spacious. Quick walk to underground metro station. Courtyard was good for family meals.

Location is great and near from everything: Spar is opposite to the building, restaurants, groceries, one very good cafe (Tortena) you can see from your window and subway.
I also liked facilities, prompt response of the host and positivity, spacious rooms and very fast wifi
The apartment was very clean, and roomy. The beds are comfortable. The location is good (the underground is close-a 5 min walk).
