We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. A superb view from the balcony and the welcoming feel to the apartment. Well equipped with air conditioner, smart tv, iron, hair dryer, washing machine and in a great location close to the beachs and restaurants. Although for sandy beaches you need 5-10 Minutes car drive. Towels (three for each person), additional bed sheets, shower gel were available in the apartment and it was very clean. In the kitchen you have everything you need - refrigator, cooking pans, dishes, water boiler, microwave and toast. The host was very friendly and supportive, he even met us late in the evening as our flight was delayed. He answered all our questions and gave us really good recommendations about our trip in Azerbaijan. Plus point is that besides english the host could also speak German which was very helpful in communication as well. Thank you Nejat for your warm welcome in Sumgayit. We are looking forward to see you in Berlin :)

Best location and a large apartment in new built building

Our family enjoyed staying here during the short trip in Sumqayit. The windows of the apartment are directly facing the sea and city boulevard. Owner provided everything that we needed in flat. Our children also liked the playground in the yard a lot.

We stayed very short in Sumgayit but we will return for more days again. We stayed directly at the seaside and everything was close to us. The apartment was very clean and had a great view from the balcony. There are plenty of resturants and nice cafes around, prices were also fair.

Very cute flat with sea view and the host provided all important stuff in the apartment. We would stay here again!
