Exceptional customer service. Staff were always ready to offer help anytime needed. The location was very central and accessible to supermarkets and restaurants. The bathroom and toilet too are modern.
Hotel is in good location, few min to the beach, clean rooms, good breakfast, there are shops with food and souvenirs nearby
Can't complain about anything for the price I paid.
Great location for beach, restaurants and shops.
Close to local bus stop to get into Durres.
Would definitely stay again
Basic double room with small balcony, very nice bathroom.
