Just an absolutely incredible spot. Everything from the rooms to the view to the food was excellent. Geri and his family are also so kind and welcoming. Definitely worth the trip

We had such an amazing time at Chestnut Hill! With beautiful mountain views and delicious meals, staying at Chestnut Hill was a perfect escape where we had everything we needed. Each night of our stay, Geri cooked us fabulous vegetarian meals with fresh and local ingredients. When our car broke down an hour from the guesthouse, Geri arranged a taxi for us, had our car repaired, and helped us communicate with our rental agency. Staying at Chestnut Hill was by far a highlight of our time in Albania!

amazing views in a very isolated location, the owner was extremely hospitable and did everything to ensure we have an amazing stay including tips in the area but also about Tirana. dinner was super delicious, the room was very clean

We really enjoyed our stay at Chestnut Hill! It is an oasis of peace in the Albanese mountains, and therefore truely unique in its kind. The hosts are very friendly, and the food is simply superb. The host makes a daily proposition for dinner, and the guests can reply freely whether the're in for it or not. The rooms are really nice, clean and spacy, the beds are top quality. The place to be for tourists that seek silence and peace far away from the crowds..
