The property itself is very nice, with clean rooms, a nice bar/lounge area offering a variety of games, and a good restaurant. The most impressive aspect, though, is the staff at the front desk. I needed help getting cash, as there are no ATMs near the property and cash is required to ride the bus to get to the only ATMs (which are not accessible by foot). The woman at the front desk went above and beyond in helping me by allowing me to use her bus pass to reach an area with multiple banks. This was beyond any customer service I’ve ever received, and I’m endlessly grateful! This helpfulness and general kindness was replicated in every hotel worker I met.
Lovely little hotel. Suited our needs perfectly. Clean, staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Was pleasantly surprised with breakfast, plenty to choose from. Great spot for ski lifts.
Close to the slopes. Transportation to the slopes was free. Staff were all friendly.
Good location close to sky resort. Good breakfast.
Hotel is nice and reasonably priced. Rooms are small but clean. There is a shuttle to Grau Roig ski area. It has a lounge are to watch sports and have a snack.
