the staff are very attentive to what i need and response to my reply promtly, even taught me how to use the stove at kitchen and helped me to open the can of tuna with the can opener that i have no idea on how to use it.
the room is warm enough, the bed is so comfy and i was able to fall asleep in a short time.
share kitchen is available for cooking which is great for traveller who need to prepare much for their day tour.
self service laundry is a great facility for me to do laundry after a week journey.
The heated floors were great!!!! Even had a TV in my single room. Laundry was $10 but when you need it, you need it. Breakfast was very simple but adequate. Staff were very helpful. Very close to downtown. Train station is a 30 minute walk.
The location is amazing
The room was big and clean
The location is excellent and the staff is so helpful and patient. The price was excellent for the space, location and amenities. Breakfast included and a tours agency within the facilities was also appreciated.
The accommodations were good and clean, right in the city center. The place however is not like we expected, there are way too many rooms/people making it not so cozy. Showers did not work properly, and the staff was kinda cold and not responsive at all. I hardly got answer to my messages, they said that there are way too many and hard to answer all (understaffed). The place is good, but if you wand cozy vacations with warm people, go somewhere else.
