Good location. 10 minutes walking to the main street.

Everything was so clean, the room was super comfy and the heater was a huge plus since we visited almost in winter, also the staff was super friendly!

Great hotel! Reasonable price, rooms are clear and spacious enough, location is perfect with walking distance to city center and lake waterfront, food store just at the corner, winter garden was awesome and we spent there every night! Breakfast was ok, and they asked each guest about a time when to serve breakfast next morning! But who really made our stay there - front desk manager Johana! We were first time ever at south hemisphere, had zero Spanish - first few days were hard, but her support helped us a lot! She's the best hotel manager I met traveling the world. Definitely recommend this hotel to all Patagonia travelers.

Staff extremely nice , friendly and helpful. Bathroom completely new. Very cosy bed. Very good location. Best value in El Calafate.
