The hotel itself is intimate, not many frills, but cute. There is a lovely little patio, and the location is great, close to restaurants, shops, and the park. But what really makes the hotel so great is the staff. The staff was wonderful, accommodating, and friendly. We arrived late the first day and tho the shift was over the staff still offered to take us to a local spot for dinner. Similarly our flight was delayed and they allowed us to keep our luggage in the lobby. They ask you about your day and make suggestions on local events. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Mallorca is set in a wonderful location near to the park and is so peaceful inside. It has a beautiful courtyard to relax in, clean, comfortable rooms and fantastic staff. They really helped us out with storing our bags and having breakfast ready a little earlier on some days when we needed to get going somewhere. The customer service was brillant and they gave many helpful recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend!

Wow, Victoria the host is simply wonderful! We stayed for three nights and on arrival Victoria wanted to plan our whole stay for us as she wanted us to enjoy her wonderful home town as she does! Any questions on WhatsApp that we had she would reply to instantly! Accom was comfortable and beautiful Breakfast was yummy with good quality coffee Location was a short walk away from a bustling street full of bars and restaurants! Would highly recommend this wonderful hotel
