Very nice receptionist that always tried to help with everything he could, comfortable beds, good central location in t the village, close to very good restaurants (especially Kraken restaurant), lots of nature hikes to do just kilometers away by car, a very beautiful area with its unique Araucaria Forests and waterfalls The hotel had a new owner since a week back and she is doing her best as fast as possible to improve everything that needs improvement, i am sure that when she is ready with all the work it will be the best hotel in the area
