Great staff. Betty and Sol are very nice and helpful. They made our stay comfortable. Will recommend to my friends and others.
Great location, really close to tourism offices, bus station, shopping and restaurants. Great view of mountains and bay. Very friendly staff that were super helpful, let us store luggage before our check in when we arrived early + after we checked out. Good breakfast, simple but filling and lots of options. Heated tile floors made room very warm and amenities were very clean. Very little is provided with the room but you have what you need. Beds are small and firm but comfortable.
Kind and friendly staff. Betty at the front desk was very kind. Ilario the driver was also great.
The owner was very helpful and did everything to help me find a currency exchange. I had olny Chilian pesos, and most of the currency exchanged only dollars and euros. She called all currencies exchange stores in town and found for me one which was very close to the hotel. The manager of the hotel was very professional and also very resourceful. He helped me to rent a car and it took him only a few minutes. Amazing helpful people. If you travel on your own for sure they will help you so you can feel safe and welcome.
