Alejandro and Carlos from reception were the best!!!! The design location and spa amazing!!! We LOVED THE terrace and they even helped us and welcomed us with a bottle of red and chocolates for our honeymoon since moon!!!! Alejandro even provided us tips to walk around the city!!!
Well located, excellent staff at the reception, breakfast restaurant very well set up, very modern menu with gourmet options, super kind and fast servings staff.
Location (close to hot sports in Palermo SoHo) and the spa. I like the minimalistic decor.
Everton Thiago was good but the breakfest could be impoved
Room was massive and beds were comfy. Plenty of space for large suitcases. There is daily complimentary service of 2 water bottles, breakfast, and a sunset glass of wine. The hotel front door is locked so you have to be buzzed in - feels secure. Has a pool and sauna, but didn't get a chance to use. Quick walk to high end shopping and restaurants.
We didn't stay long in the room as we stayed overnight between 2 flights. Front desk staff was great and booked a Tango Show with dinner for us, transportation from/to airport (German was very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp), and guided us to a pharmacy and money exchange.
