Good place. Central location. Easy access. Staff is great and check in is super easy
I stay at this location every time I’m in Buenos Aires, it’s directly in the center and has a great view of the city as well as a gym, pool, and infrared sauna. The hot tub wasn’t working when I was there last but the pool is heated. Top Rentals is the best short term rentals company I have seen in South America. They’re all English speaking, accommodate your requests quickly, and have multiple locations around town with the same level of service. The check in process is very modern and easy and they respond to requests through WhatsApp within seconds. I hope they open more locations around the world.
The check in was quick and simple, the location is amazing and easy to find, and the apartment was more than alright. I got the apartment on the 34th floor with an amazing view. Also, there are nice restaurants at the ground floor and only couple of minutes walking.

The views were, if course fantastic. We had the 35th floor. The room was very nice and clean.
Very easy to stay in touch with staff via WhatsApp. In the office on the 23rd floor they were very accommodating.
