With Tigran, you instinctively know you're in excellent hands and when you see it, you'll fully understand that Soviet Armenian is a mysterious style you never thought you wanted to experience until after you discover this absolute treasure!
Very spacious place. Views on two sides with a veranda and a balcony. Lots of seating and table options. A few hundred meters from several supermarkets.
I really loved the interior, you feel like your in another world. Everything is authentic. The balconies where perfect to relax on. The flat is quite big. Nice neighbourhood, with a cute fruit market around the corner. The Metro is also only a few minutes away. The owner is very friendly.
Very authentic flat. It is in silent location. Keep in mind that if You want to live in center, car noices and horns are not stopping enytime. Here You have quality stay just for a few Eur by taxi from center.
Everything is working, everything is clean.
Host is one of the most helpful persons I have ever met.
Food store is just 50 meters from house.
