Apartment was in a great location with safe free parking for the car.Our room was so clean and comfortable.full equipped kitchen,also there was some sweets,coffee,tea in the room which was so nice gesture from the host. Host was always in touch,helped us at everything,she was texting me at night before my arrival in Yerevan if everything was going safely because i was coming by my car from Georgia and she was very attentive to us!Everything of this apartment is amazing,if you are planning to go to Yerevan you should go in this apartments!there wasn’t even small detail that i didn’t liked about our room!also host gave us a chance to check out little bit later and i am so thankful for that as well!

This is wonderful apartment in Yerevan! Everything is brand new, very nice modern furnishings, very clean. The building is in great location, right near a big public transit hub, a big shopping centre, restaurants, all you need, etc. But it's set back on a quiet, calm residential street that is very peaceful. There's a really nice communal courtyard for guests to use. The host is excellent, very gracious and responsive. 10/10 across the board! Highly recommended!

It has all household amenities for comfortable living and dven more. I have also enjoyed the neighbourhood, it is really quiet and calm so you can rest undisturbedly after a day full of impressions. The host is very welcoming , respectful and responsive, answering questions and providing additional help in no time. Self check in makes check in process smooth and easy!

It has all household amenities for comfortable living and even more. The floors are heated and it's very comfortable during winter months! High speed wi-fi and it's easy during online work. I have also enjoyed the neighbourhood, it is really quiet and calm , so you can rest undisturbedly after a day full of impressions. The Hostess is welcoming and responsive, answering questions and providing additional help in no time. If I ever come to Yerevan again , I would definitely choose this apartment to stay in!

The apartment is very nice, cozy and comfortable. The wi-fi is good, we were 2 people working on remote desktops simultaneously and there were no issues with the Internet connection. There is not enough place for 2 people with laptops though, one of us was working in the balcony. The host is very nice and helpful, she has even brought us to the currency exchange by her car. The location is good, there is a supermarket and underground station within a walking distance. We arrived late night and we just collected the keys as it was described in a video-instruction we received in advance.
