The owner Edmund went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even upgrading our room and bringing homemade spas (a drink/soup of yogurt, barley and herbs). A wholesome breakfast delivered to our room with eggs, cheese bread and buckwheat.
Good base for exploring northern Armenia and surrounding sites. Clean and comfortable room. WIFI worked well. Friendly host. Grocery across the street.
The host was incredibly nice and helpful. When I asked how to get to Yerevan, he called the bus driver and reserved a seat for me and even drove me to the station for free.
Everything was fantastic at this guesthouse, the room was big and comfortable, in perfect condition, and full of nice touches. We felt at home right away, and would have loved to stay longer. The host is very welcoming, speaks great english, and was so helpful with recommendations on what to see around, simcards, etc, which we really needed since it was our first day in the country. Also the breakfast was wonderful, we loved being able to enjoy it quietly in our own room, and she seemed quite knowledgeable about food restrictions and, specifically coeliac disease, which helped us enjoy the breakfast even more! Thank you for a perfect stay!
Our breakfast was ordered to our apartment. It was very good and delicious. We had plenty of room to use. Our host organized an excellent tour to us and we saw all famous monasteries and places in area.
