The place and the building is all new-built and beautiful, with a historic facade. The two single beds are very big and comfortable. The location is two minutes from the main square of Yerevan and the main walking street. It’s a very lively area with tons of great restaurants.

Very nice apartment, complete with everything needed for two people; located on the third floor of a building a few meters from one of the largest and most famous squares in Yerevan, a somewhat busy and chaotic street but the apartment is well soundproofed and there are no particular problems sleeping at night. Apartment with a wonderful terrace for breakfast and after dinner; the only flaw is the lack of an awning to protect from the sun during the day. Karine is a very nice hostel, who proved to be very available to help, for information and advice, and fundamental in solving a health problem that I unfortunately had on vacation. Highly recommended
