Very clean and tidy place to stay. I enjoyed the stay a lot. Owner of the place is very helpful, friendly and hospitable. He was always ready to help and guide. The location is the best as well. Everything is just one step away, you won’t need to spend extra money for transportation. Enjoy your evening walks to the square, cascade, north prospect and local market.
Everything, the kindness of the host, the atmosphere, the house, the location. I stayed in different places of Yerevan and this is by far the nicest place to stay.
Friendly owner, very cheap, shower, personal room, room can be locked, very near to the centre.
