Great place and awesome owner. The place was clean and it felt like home. Very free and friendly atmosphere. The owner speaks Russian and English. We had an interesting conversation for hours. Really nice to get a deep insight into Armenian history and culture. Before leaving the owner pinned a lot of interesting places on my Google map and that makes my trip much easier. Thank you!
The space was bright, comfortably decorated, impeccably clean, and centrally located. The kitchen was well-stocked and the balcony was great for coffee in the morning. Though small, the bathroom was sufficient for my short stay. And the owners were friendly and helpful!
Management was so nice and accommodating. Everything was beautiful and so modern, cool, and pretty. It was very homey. Loved the extra facilities like ping-pong, tea, and a projector. Thanks so much for a great night!
I stayed in Gyumri for one night, and I'm so glad I chose to stay at the Kotun guesthouse. The location is very central -- less than 10 minutes to downtown on foot -- the accomodations are clean and modern, and the guests were all very friendly. I will definitely stay here again in the future and can't recommend it enough!
