The location of the hotel was great, the cleanness of the place and attention of the owner were great. It's a big guest house in an ethnostyle. Big terrace with view at Ararat, inner courtyard with separate kitchen. Quiet, pleasant place, not too far away from the airport - but there isn't any noise from the planes, meaning you can get a good night's rest without worry! Very charismatic and pleasant owner.

Such a cozy, relaxed spot. The owner took good care, sharing fruit and coffee with me all the time. He also taught me how to throw pottery on a wheel! (I'm very bad at it.) Felt like staying at someone's home rather than a guesthouse, really lovely.

Sincerely the warmest and most homely place I have ever stayed! Vaughan has a rare gem with historic treasures and his own amazing Armenian pottery throughout the property, providing a true unique experience. The stunning central garden and rooftop terrace are beautiful places to relax and enjoy the exemplary hospitality. I can’t recommend this place enough, and if you’re lucky, as to buy some of Katy’s Kombucha!!!

This is a nice small boutique hotel located in quiet rural neighborhood. Hovewer location is very close to the city center and one of the modern malls. The host is exremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

home-like comfort, the place is not far from the center of the town, a lot of our-door places where you can spend your time, people who live in the house, darkness and silence at night, so you can sleep very well. Great Mountain View from the terrace on the 2nd floor.
