The property is near the republic square, 24 hours grocery downstairs and money exchange, cheap coffee shops nearby, near to money exchange. The property is very clean with proper beds and beddings. The ambiance of the apartment is really cozy and calm. There’s a balcony on the master bedroom and living room. The property feels like your home. Everything you need is there, washing machine, iron, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, cooker, refrigerator. The property is so spacious and good for groups or family stay with older kids
We had a fantastic stay at the Apartment! The fully equipped kitchen was a real highlight for us, allowing us to cook and enjoy delicious meals during our stay.
While the apartment building itself was a bit old and lacked an elevator, and the staircase to the 2nd floor was a bit dingy, it didn't dampen our overall experience. The apartment was NEWLY renovated!
The central location was a big plus, as we could easily walk to Republic Square and had a 24/7 supermarket downstairs, which was incredibly convenient. The fact that there was currency exchange and other shops nearby was a bonus.
The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great time at this apartment and would consider staying here again in the future.
A very nice apartment which provides all you need for a good stay in Yerevan. The place is very spacious, located very close to the Republic square, there is a 24/7 supermarket just outside. The host was extremely nice and helpful. We had a problem with the hot water and he found a person to fix that on a Saturday evening and even brought us some wine to apologise for the trouble.
Apartment is really big, perfect for travelling with family. In all rooms are air-cone. Great location only 5 minutes walking distance from city center and 50 metres from supermarket. One of the best apartments we've been to. Last day we also asked for late check out and was without any problem and FOC, really appreciate especially when you travel with infant during the summer. Thank you so much.
