Location great. Much space in the room. Admin was very helpful.
The room is big and the location of the hotel is moderate. The staff at the hotel are very helpful. They helped us with our luggage.
Clean and has everything you need for a large group of people
I had a great stay in this hotel - everything was perfect and I felt very safe! The hotel has great location - it is 2 min walk to the central square but at the same time it is calm and we could have good rest during nights! The breakfast was tasty and the room was clean and had amazing amenties - there was even one time use comb in the room! The staff was super nice and helpful! I forgot my charger in the room and they kept it safely multiple days until we were able to come back and take it! Special thanks to the reception for this attentive and caring attitude! Overall rating is 10/10 for me, when I am back to Gyumri, I will defenetely choose this hotel again!
the 2-bedroom-aprtment exceeded my expectation. It was very spacious and clean. Everything was new and modern.
the location was a hero, and staff were very helpful too.
