Small complex that has a couple of rented rooms, the owners (younger couple and mother) plus a cat. The room has double bed, 1 side table, small couch with coffee table, wardrobe. Attached ensuite with good shower. Outside in hall way is fridge available for visitor use and outside undercover is small kitchen area with sink, little stove, plus enough plates, cups cutlery, pots etc. Table and couple of chairs. Downstairs in an extra bathroom is a washing machine, be careful if you leave washing out hanging overnight the cat likes to pull them down (even if pegged on!). Owner very friendly and accomodating, checked regularly all was good.

The hosts -- Tigran and Asya are very nice and punctual. They have provided an excellent breakfast. Outdoor dining area is excellent. Wi-fi is very good -- was using it for my video conferences, did not have a single problem. I have also used washing mashine which was very handy. I liked everything.

The city center is easily accessible from the accommodation, both by foot and by Bolt taxi. Hospitality must run in the veins of the host family. On our last evening, they treated us to drinks, and we had the opportunity to learn more about the daily lives of Armenians and their politics, which was truly interesting. The room at the accommodation was well-equipped, and we could even do laundry for free. Highly recommended!

Room was cozy; had everything we needed. Good bed, aircon and shower. We had parking but was bit awkward sorting. They have a nice cat too!
