Most important: The flat was situated in a modern building very near the centre of Yerevan. So most of the time when we visited places in the city we did it by feet.
The flat was okay, But the price was very good, so the price-performance ratio was very good!

great location in the center, very energetic neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafes. Clean apartment, quiet, everything that may be necessary is there. the personnel is responsive and super helpful
Good area, super close to Republic Square.
It had elevator which was super helpful as my auntie was using wheelchair and my grandmother are old.
Good view to cities, I liked the balconies.
Big space, it's so good that they have washmachine.
Good and clean kitchen, new kitchen ware.
