Excellent location, beautiful interior design of the reception and the restaurant, excellent quality of sleep due to the comfort of the mattress. Breakfast choices were poor, but the evening menu had a great variety and the food was delicious (plus discount to hotel residents).
While looking extremely professional, the staff recited the information about the hotel without so much as making eye contact. There were no welcome smiles nor small talk (How are you today? Where do you come from? Is this your first time in Minsk?) upon arrival which created a very poor first impression especially for my partner, who was a first-time guest in Belarus.
