Host was lovely with a nice greeting on arrival and plenty of info for us about the apartment and surrounding area. Great location for our trip as only 30 mins drive to plopsaland and Bruge. 10 minute walk into Ostend centre so left the car at the apartment which is great because we didnt have to pay for parking where we were. Apartment was spacious, stylish and comfortable. Toilet and bathroom were seperate which was ideal. Shower was nice and powerful and bathroom had spare toiletries which was a bonus if you didnt have certain items. Comfy double bed with a window shutter which blacked out the room for a great night sleep. All in all would recommend and stay here again
I loved the decor and loved the facilities especially for the children!
Er was echt aan alles gedacht. Vriendelijke ontvangst, fijne kleine attenties, .... En de kinderen vonden het helemaal geweldig. Ze hebben zich geen moment verveeld met al het aanwezige speelgoed.
De ontvangst, Annelies is heel vriendelijk en legt nog wat dingen uit over de omgeving. De communicatie vooraf aan de ontvangst was ook vlot. En het appartement was schoon en van bijna alle gemakken voorzien! Onze meiden van 3 vonden hun slaapkamer geweldig met al het speelgoed en het krijtbord. Ze hebben heerlijk geslapen. En wij ook overigens.
Goede ligging van het apartement, proper, alles aawezig, goede gastvrouw, mooi welkom met speciale mooie boodschap op krijtbord
