Clean room, nice bathroom and nice soaps and shampoo
Location was great, very close to train station, shopping mall and restaurants. There is a paid parking space for hotel and free spaces for short periods. You are lucky if you stay there on saturday because city parking is free that night. Electric car charging is also available accross the street and many parking spaces in 5min walk. Staff are lkind and nice people. You may checkin remote and get key to mobile. I have prefered traditional method but they have this option.
The room was very clean, stylish and tidy. The staff was very friendly with good English
The hotel was very clean and the room had everything we needed. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
The room was very comfortable for both my wife and I. The location within Genk, was local to shops and restaurants and not far from the railway / bus station.
Breakfast offered a variety of foods and coffee, tea and juices.
Helpful staff at reception as well as in the restaurant.
