Location, room design and layout, breakfast corona-safe, direct access to thermal baths. 1. info on site was not clear that there was no swimming pool in the hotel, and that kids under 15 were not allowed in the thermal baths because of corona. 2. receptionist on arrival was cold and unconsiderate towards non-availability of pool access for kids. she said I could cancel booking, but would not receive any refund. she could have handled the situation in a much more diplomatic and pleasant way, considering our disappointment. 3. very few staff. one receptionist who was very busy and no porters to offer assistance. 4. the staff in the restaurant were friendly but inexperienced. I did not see any supervisor or manager in the hotel during our stay.
