The staff was lovely, the hotel was very clean and the room had lots of space. The location was ideal - right next to the Roman thermi and the center of the town. Close to lovely restaurants yet far enough to not hear the noise. The Spa area was wonderful, we absolutely loved the pool. There is plenty of space for the jacuzzi without people having to be too close to each other, which other hotels disregard as an option. The water was clean and always warm.
The breakfast was filling and good, a bit of everything for everyone. The fact that they have 24/7 bar is perfect and despite not having a restaurant for the lunch and dinner, they offer a delivery and cutlery from a restaurant nearby, so there is nothing missing during your vacation.

Great location, amazing history, quite environment. Good facilities in the SPA center.
Beautiful hotel, perfect location just beside the Momina Sulza spring and in downtown, close to restaurants and cafes.
The private mineral water pool in the hotel was so clean and nice. We also got a massage with rose oil, very relaxing.
Staff was kind and helpful ( special thanks to Daniela, Hristina and Miroslav).
