Very polite, well organized and ccoperative facility manager.

Hot was Excellent, location and rooms were great. We especially loved the balcony and views.

Apartment was quite well equiped , but it needs more basic items.

Everything was great. Room with sea view, good parking for car, clean rooms everyday, good location also!

We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment with sea view and let me tell you the view did not disappoint, especially with two balconies. The apartment was entirely furnished and spacious, with two air conditioning units. The entire apartment was very clean. We even had access to the common pool. Stefan and his wife were constantly available through a simple WhatsApp message and were the most helpful, accommodating and efficient hosts we have ever had. We often vacation in Golden Sands and have tried numerous other apartments on the strip and this one stands out. We had a minor issue with the lock on the apartment on the first day and by the second day at noon they had changed the lock and given us new keys. I personally cannot manage such a fast lock change back home, so this was quite impressive and made us feel valued. They were also very accommodating for parking for us and our guests.
