The very good welcome from the owners,
The quality and cosiness of premises, the proximity of center of city. And also very tasty traditional breakfast!
Highly recommend! Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly.
We stayed here for three nights on our two-week journey through the Rhodopi mountains and Greece. The house is an authentic Melnik-style house and it is a family-driven hotel. What we liked was the 'wine tour', or more like wine lecture - the property has a winery cellar in a specially drilled cave, just behind the house. It is small, and the lecture is short, but the host is really passionate about it and that makes it somewhat special - after all, this is his family's history.
The host, Antoan, was too kind to assist us with all the questions we had about Melnik, eco-paths, and tavernas around.
Everything was perfect! The owners are great, the room is cozy and clean, the view from the breakfast table is fantastic! The hotel is right in the center of Melnik and pets are welcome
A nice hotel in a traditional house in Melnik. It has its own underground garage and is easily accessible. The view is nice. The staff is superfriendly and helpful. They literally ran after us to give us a sweatshirt we forgot.
