Fabulous staff and service. Wonderful amenities. Large room with plenty of lounging space and a comfortable bed and pillows. Linens were the best. Super clean. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
The hotel was great with a very interesting style. Gran hotel con un estilo muy intersante.
Staff super nice, provided us with early checkin. Also, as we had to leave super early to the airport, they anticipated our breakfast with fresh fruits and toasts, cheese and ham.
The room is very well equipped and comfortable, similar to a flat.
The pool is awesome for those who want to just relax or if you are a swimmer and needs your daily training. Good wine menu as well as other drinks.
Very close to nice restaurants, bars and coffees.
I would definitely stay there again if I'd come back to Santa Cruz.
Loved the decor with all the photos and cool items in all areas of hotel. Food and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was Spacious and clean. Felt safe in area to walk to restaurants
