The staffs were very friendly, helpful and amiable, they would help you what you want once they could. They are well-informed, although the concierge couldn't speak English well, he called his manager to help me. The manager told me what I want, it's very useful. They provided storage after check-out. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful and nice. They have different fruits, I want to stay more days ever. The location was very convenient, near to the bus terminal, even you can walk there if you don't have too many luggages.
I'll continue to stay here once I come here again.
Classy, charming, clean and safe accommodation near to the coach station (walking distance) and to the airport. The staff are suberb and speak english, so I would recommend this hotel for foreign customers.The location is in the midst of lively streets where you can find pretty much anything, but most importantly, currency exchange offices. A big plus is a spacious minibar/fridge.
One of the major advantages of the hotel is its location close to the town centre and the bus station. An easy 10 minute walk from the station on main roads (though keep the altitude in mind! For travellers, the staff are extremely friendly and have a translator in case your Spanish isn't great. Rooms are clean.
