The hotel is of a great standard, especially the treatment of the reception staff, especially Miss/Mrs. Savela and Nair.
The location is close to the tourist street leading to the bridge.
The Room was nice.
Breakfast was good.
The hotel is close to the centre and highlights of Mostar.
The indoor swimmingpool is small but good after a days travel.

Very central location, friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom were on the small side but clean and perfectly adequate. I will happily stay here again.
We were greeted by Sanela with a huge smile and welcome. She provided us with lots of helpful information of where to eat etc. You could tell she had a vested interest in the hotel as well as Mostar. She was fun to interact with whenever we saw her. All the staff were very kind and cheerful. The location couldn’t be much better. Easy walk three minute walk to Old Town. Rooms were very clean. Great parking right in front of the hotel.
