Отличное расположение, прямо у выхода из метро, в 10 минутах ходьбы от пляжа Фламенко, через дорогу от дворца Катечи. Вокруг несколько небольших супермаркетов и объектов питания.
Адекватный персонал, неплохой завтрак. Хорошая начинка номера(кондишен, холодильник), рабочий WiFi/
Общая обшарпанность, все ветхое и требующее ремонта или обновления.
