Hotel is sleek Japanese architecture design. Room was nice size with view of community courtyard. Large bed and impressive modern bathroom. Hotel is in residential neighborhood and seemed relatively safe, while also easy to walk to Avenida Paulista. We ate twice dinner there, and the service, food, presentation, and setting was delightful. Staff is very nice and incredibly attentive.
The service was excellent, the lobby and common areas were nicely decorated and the room was sized right for a triple.
Front desk staff are fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
