The breakfast was simple but it got the job done. The location is perfect -- right next to the river and there are great views for lunch. Before goin on passeios in the afternoon, we would swim in the river and soak up the sun before lunch. The staff was friendly and the pousada is also located right in front of a little square that has two ice cream shops. The space is colorful and they did a good job of integrating it with the nature and local aesthetic.
When we were getting picked up or dropped off, it seemed to be better located than places that the other guests were staying as we picked them up or dropped them off after the park. There is no pool, but there is a river!
We really liked the location being by the river and walking distance to the town centre, the room was nice and clean and all the staff members were very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of foods. We loved our stay at Pousada Cajueiro.
