The suite was very large with a great jetted tub and shower. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Great big window. Staff were all so friendly. Enjoyed the pool as well.
Nice area, near shopping malls, bookstores, restaurants.
We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool as well as the nice breakfast and the fine dine at the hotel’s restaurant.
Our room was always clean and nice when we got back from our tours and walkings.
The property is well located and very close by a supermarket, a drug store and a shopping mall (all walking distance). The breakfast was also very good with the type of food and flavors you can only find in Brazil. The staff were very warm and friendly (again, only in Brazil).
Staff is incredibly friendly, since reception until the restaurant (breakfast buffet). I arrived quite early and they invited me to have breakfast after checking-in with no extra-cost. The shower is amazing and the location is good. Just a few steps from restaurants and the street where you can take the city-tour bus. The train station is just 10 minutes away if you are planning to take the train to Morretes. It’s amazing!
Breakfast was amazing--tons of choices and it all tasted fantastic. The room was pleasant and the staff were quick to refill coffee and keep the dishes full. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet with good amenities in the room.
