The property is clean, tranquil and calm! Paraty is know for its nightlife so this place is more or less 10 min walk away from the center. People may complain that it’s far from the city but for those who prefer a more calmer stay and no disturbance and loud noise, this place is to go! The owner puts a lot of effort cleaning the ambience of the property!
The breakfast is great!
- very clean rooms and bathroom
- not a bad breakfast spread included
- very friendly staff (speak Portuguese only so some basic level needed)
- about 20min walk to historical centre along a lovely canal. Felt safe and was a nice break away from the busy city centre (we visited during carnival week)
- powerful and modern air conditioning
The breakfast was great and we loved the patio that breakfast was served at. It was nice to have an opening to the outside. also loved the pool area. Nice area to sit and read.
Decent size room. Superb wifi - fine speed and was able to use my travel router with vpn just fine. Accommodating hosts. Common area is neat. Room is clean. Lots of parking space on the street outside.
