The staff was very polite and made our stay comfortable. The hostal is simple but it has everything needed. The location is very good and it is very good value for money. The restaurant prepares delicious food.

The Hostal is an oasis of peace, warmth, color and familiarity right along the only "main street" in the little coastal town of Puerto Colombia along the Caribbean coast in Venezuela. The staff and the owner, Claudia are all exceedingly friendly, helpful and industrious. The rooms are nicely but scarcely equipped and offer rest and quiet when needed. The pool is a highlight to beachgoers that want to cool off and get a respite from all the sand and salt from time to time. The guys from the restaurant are really eager and very good cooks in their own right, you'll be able to do a little tour of all the typical foods of the Venezuelan coast for a really fair price.
